Unless written permission is granted, any use of the artwork of C.J. Santoro, or content as such, is forbidden. Copyright ownership protects C.J. Santoro from having original artwork sold to a third party without being compensated for it. Maintaining copyright ownership allows the artist the ability to showcase artwork in a portfolio or to sell the “original art” as the one taking credit for creating the art. For a traditional artist, this implies they can sell the canvas or paper the art was painted on and art prints and products. For digital art, this implies the art prints and or digital media file.
